No-Show Appointment Policy At Lingodrops, we value the time and commitment of both our learners and instructors. To maintain a seamless learning experience and ensure fairness to all our students, we have implemented a No-Show Appointment Policy. Policy Overview: If a learner fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, they will become ineligible to book future appointments with Lingodrops for a period of 1 year. Policy Details: Appointment Confirmation: Learners are requested to confirm their appointment date and time when booking a session with Lingodrops. This confirmation serves as a commitment to attend the scheduled appointment. Cancellation or Rescheduling: Should a learner need to cancel or reschedule their appointment, they must notify Lingodrops at least 24 hours in advance. This notice allows us to accommodate other learners who may be interested in the available time slot. No-Show Definition: A "No-Show" occurs when a learner does not attend a scheduled appointment and fails to provide any cancellation or rescheduling notice to Lingodrops. One-Year Ineligibility: In the event of a No-Show, the learner will be deemed ineligible to book future appointments with Lingodrops for a period of 1 year from the date of the missed appointment. Reinstatement Eligibility: After the 1-year period, the learner may request to be reinstated for appointment bookings by reaching out to Lingodrops customer support. Reinstatement will be granted at the discretion of Lingodrops, and a renewed commitment to attending scheduled appointments will be expected. Exceptions: In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, we understand that last-minute cancellations may occur. In such situations, learners are encouraged to inform Lingodrops as soon as possible, and we will handle these cases on an individual basis. We believe that respecting each other's time is fundamental to fostering a successful learning environment. By adhering to this No-Show Appointment Policy, we ensure that our instructors can deliver their expertise effectively, while learners make the most out of their language-learning journey with Lingodrops.
