Cancellation Policy
No-Show Appointment Policy At Lingodrops, we value the time and commitment of both our learners and instructors. To maintain a seamless learning experience and ensure fairness to all our students, we have implemented a No-Show Appointment Policy. Policy Overview: If a learner fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the lesson will be charged. Policy Details: Cancellation or Rescheduling: Should a learner need to cancel or reschedule their appointment, they must notify Lingodrops at least 24 hours in advance. This notice allows us to accommodate other learners who may be interested in the available time slot. No-Show Definition: A "No-Show" occurs when a learner does not attend a scheduled appointment and fails to provide any cancellation or rescheduling notice to Lingodrops. Exceptions: In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, we understand that last-minute cancellations may occur. In such situations, learners are encouraged to inform Lingodrops as soon as possible, and we will handle these cases on an individual basis. We believe that respecting each other's time is fundamental to fostering a successful learning environment.
